1 lb. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1½ c. all-purpose flour
¼ c. butter, softened
1 t. salt
¼ t. ground red pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Process all ingredients until ball forms.
Shape.
Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to racks to cool.
