1 small package chocolate instant pudding

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding and milk for 1 minute to combine, add cake mix and stir until combined, batter will be thick. Spread batter into bottom of pan, sprinkle with chopped caramels, sprinkle with sea salt to taste, remember a little salt goes a long way. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until edges pull away from sides and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cake cool. Put chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until chocolate is completely melted, using a spoon, drizzle chocolate over cooled cake. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
