2 c. elbow macaroni pasta
2 cans of chili (or ~3 1/2 cups of leftover chili)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (or dried Parmesan cheese)
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour macaroni in large skillet (about 12" in diameter). Pour 3 c. of cold water over. Make certain it covers. Add a bit of salt to taste. Turn burner to high and set timer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally until much of the liquid is evaporated.
2. Add chili and bring to a simmer.
3. Remove from heat & top with cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
