1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 pound fish filets (I use cod) cut into serving sized pieces
Chesapeake Bay seasoning or other seafood seasoning

In a shallow bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, water and dill. In another shallow bowl, combine crumbs and garlic salt. Dip fish into wet ingredients and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in an ungreased 11x7 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Sprinkle fish with Chesapeake Bay seasoning. Loosely cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
