Ingredients:  
1/2 of a bone in ham...either butt or shank half
20 oz. Coke-a-Cola...not diet
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ham in an oven roaster...do not trim
Poke holes all around the ham
Pour 3/4 of the cola around the ham
Cover and bake overnight at 225 degrees
At least 3 hours before serving, cut the ham down into the juices
Sprinkle on the brown sugar and moisten with remaining cola

There is a crockpot version of this dish as well...but we have found it has a much better flavor when oven baked.
