4 15 ½ oz. Cans Great Northern Beans, drained
3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 T. minced garlic
10 ½ can chicken broth, divided
1 – 2 cups water
1 lb. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tsp. Chili powder (or to taste)
1 tsp. Tobasco
2 tsp. Ground cumin (or to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1 cup half-and-half
¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
Toppings: sour cream, cheese, chopped green onions, sliced jalapenos, or green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, ½ cup chicken broth and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes).
When potatoes are cooked, add chicken pieces and remaining ½ cup broth. Season with chili powder, tobasco, cumin and salt to taste. Add water as needed. Cook until chicken is done (about 20 minutes). Add drained beans, half-and-half, and cheddar cheese. Simmer until heated through. Serve with toppings. (Serves about 10)
