2˝ lbs. chicken wings, trimmed and cut in half
1 4˝-ounce bottle of Durkee's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
4 T butter
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T olive oil
2 T onion, minced
1 clove garlic
Dash of onion powder and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add Durkee's hot sauce, butter, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to boil -- Simmer.

Lightly coat chicken wings with hot sauce mixture and/or garlic powder & onion powder.

Broil coated chicken wings until done, turning once.

In a bowl, mix broiled chicken wings with additional hot sauce a tablespoon at a time (do not soak).

Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
