1 jar (6-7 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
½ C drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz. jar)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
½ C sour cream
¼ C chopped fresh parsley
Assorted crackers or vegetable chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl until creamy. Place artichoke hearts and roasted peppers in food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Add mixture to cream cheese and mix until just blended. Fold in parsley.

Garnish dip with additional chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve with crackers.
