1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbs. Minced onions
2 tbs. Milk
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 tbs. Veg. Oil
2/3 c. Heinz Chile sauce
2/3 c. smucker’s grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients form into 40 bite size meatballs, using a rounded spoon for each. Brown meatballs lightly in oil. Cover cook over low heat for 5 min. Drain excess fat. Combine Chile sauce and jelly pour over meatballs. Heat stirring occasionally until jelly is melted. Simmer 10-12 min. until sauce has thickened basting occasionally. Makes 40 appetizers.
