Directions:
Sprinkle steaks with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, fresh cracked pepper, and Montreal Chicken Seasoning (NOT Montreal Steak), plus Tony Cachere's if you like a bit of spice.

Use your fingers to rub the seasoning in, repeat on other side.

Place steaks into gallon-sized ziploc bag(s) and douse liberally with your favorite Worcestershire sauce. (I favor Lea and Perrins.).

Put in fridge to marinate for 6-8 hours or as long as possible, flipping bag every few hours.

Personal Notes:
NOTE: I have been the Official Taster for many steaks grilled or barbecued after they’ve bathed overnight in this marinade and they are delicious. Really helps a reluctant piece of beef become tender and yummy.

DAREDEVIL’S NOTE: If you like your steak spicy, add a bit of ground chipotle pepper to the seasoning mix. It’s not always easy to find in the spice aisle, but it really adds zing to the meat.
