12 chicken breast filets (I like to use thin cutlets, or I slice regular sized cutlets in 1/2 thickness wise)
1/4 # Swiss cheese slices (I prefer Baby Swiss)
1-1/2 sticks butter
3-1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs blue bag (I tend to use approx. 4 cups)
1 can College Inn chicken broth (I use low fat version)

Place breasts in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour broth over chicken. Place cheese slices on top. Melt butter and mix with stuffing; spread over chicken. Bake 1/2 hr.to 40 min. covered at 350º, then uncovered 1/2 hr. or until brown & juices are absorbed. If browns quickly before liquid decreases, loosely cover with foil until juices are absorbed.
