1 or 2 small ripe bananas
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package Jello brand banana crème pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas into large mixing bowl. Beat well mashed and then add remaining ingredients. Blend well; then beat at medium speed with the electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased & floured 10-inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minites. Let cool and remove from pan onto a cake plate and sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
