Ingredients: 1 pkg.(or 1 Tbsp) active rapid-rise yeast 1 c. warm water 1 tsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. salad oil 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:I do all of the mixing in a mix-master. Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds. Transfer dough to a mixing bowl, cover with a cloth and let raise for 25 mins. in a warm area until dough has doubled in size. This recipe will make 2 -9x13 pizzas. I always double this recipe so I can make 3 big pizzas. Spray pans with cooking oil spray and divide the dough. Spray some oil on your fingertips and work the dough into the shape of pans. Let the dough 'rest' after you stretch it for a few seconds each time and it will take shape without tearing. Put on your favorite sauce and toppings and bake at 400º for 20-25 mins. or until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly. Let pizza rest 1-2 mins before cutting. |

Notes: We like Chef Boyardee pizza sauce. Our favorite toppings are mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onions, green peppers, olives, and pineapple.
