Approximately 1 -1/2 packages of graham crackers
1 - 1/2 sticks butter
1 - 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 tsp. kosher sat
1 - 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, (large pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a cookie sheet, (11 x 17) lay down graham crackers, cutting when necessary to cover the complete sheet.
In a sauce pan melt the butter, brown sugar and salt, cooking until it reaches a soft ball stage, butter is absorbed and does not separate from the sugar.
Spread the sugar mixture over the crackers, sprinkle a little more kosher salt and then the pecans.
Place pan in a preheated oven at 475º F. Bake until the sugar bubbles in center of the pan.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a cooling rack until cool. Place in a container using wax paper or parchment paper and seal the container.
