1 1/2 cups whipping cream
Pinch of salt
3 + tbsp icing sugar
1 teaspoon cherry extract
1-2 drops red or pink food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Put the whipping cream and salt into a big bowl and mix.

Sift the icing sugar, cherry extract and food coloring into the whipped cream and mix.

Makes enough Frosting for one 8" round cake.
