5 lbs potatoes
3 pjs cheddar cheese
3 pjs mozzarella cheese
1 quart mayonnaise
1 onion
1 lb bacon cooked and broken into pieces
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Directions:

Par boil potatoes 20 to 30 minutes
Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces
Mix all ingredients
Add some cheese on top
Bake at 350. 45 minutes
