5 cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb and sugar and water
Place on low heat until sugar is dissolved (stirring constantly)
Boil hard for 10 minutes. Add Jell-O and continue to cook until Jell-O dissolves. Pour in sterilized jars & seal.
