2-frozen loaves bread cut into chunks (8 pieces each - 16 pieces total)


1-3 ½ oz butterscotch pudding (not instant)
OR Vanilla pudding because butterscotch is hard to find
2 cups chopped pecans
1 stick + 2 Tbs melted butter
1-cup brown sugar
Pinch of nutmeg
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom. Place frozen rolls/bread on top of nuts. Sprinkle dry pudding over rolls. Mix sugar and butter together and pour over rolls. Sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
** you can also just mix the pudding, sugar and butter together and
Drizzle over the top of the bread/rolls either way works!**
Cover with a tea towel and let rise overnight on the counter.

Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes just until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let stand 2 minutes.

Turn out onto a buttered sheet pan or cookie sheet.

Immediately rinse baking pan with hot water! Otherwise you will have a hard time getting the caramel sauce washed out.

If you have any leftovers, just re-heat in the microwave.
