Ingredients:  
3 cups Beef broth (you can use chicken or veggie but beef tastes the best)
2 garlic cloves minced
1 TB tomato paste
2 cups chopped cabbage
**1 can of Del Monte Zucchini with tomatoes ** (I add this for additional flavor)
1/2 yellow onion, small diced
1/2 cup chopped carrot - use fresh
1/2 cup frozen green beans (frozen hold up better than canned)
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
S&P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1 TB veggie oil, heat onions and carrots until softened, add garlic, cook for another minute.
Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil, simmer for about 45-60 minutes until cabbage is tender.
