1- 6oz. can StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna in spring water, well drained
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature (can use low fat)
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 drops natural liquid smoke flavor
2 pieces soft flat bread or 4 tortilla
1 romaine tomato
scallions

Directions:
Break apart tuna in several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towels. Press out as much moisture as possible. Use a fork, mush together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, worchestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl. Spread evenly over bred or tortilla, top with lettuce, and roll like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into 1" slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onion for breakfast or brunch.
