one 3-4 lb. corned beef brisket
1 c. of water
3/4 c. whole grain mustard (like Gulden's)
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Place corned beef and water in a 4-qt. microwave safe dish with lid. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the water begins to boil. Turn the meat over.

Cover again. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 12-15 minutes. Turn meat over and cover again. Microwave on medium for 12-15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine mustard, honey, brown sugar and horseradish in a 4-c. glass measuring cup or glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until well blended.

Drain water from the brisket and discard. Spread/brush brisket with 1 c. of the glaze. Cook, uncovered, on medium for about 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Slice corned beef thinly across the grain. Serve topped with remaining glaze. Serve with mashed potatoes and cabbage..
