4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 1#) that have been brined in salt water
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp kosher salt
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
To brine chicken breasts, simply fill large bowl with 1 quart of warm water and add 1/4 cup kosher salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add chicken and let them sit for 15 minutes. Remove from brine and rinse with cold water and dry on paper towels.

Brush on all sides with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooking thermometer is between 160-170 degrees. Once done, cover with foil and let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes.
