1 package (4 serving size) fat free, sugar free instant pudding
1 8 oz. can of undrained crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 med container Lite Cool Whip
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve as a salad or a dessert.
