1 1/2 c. coconut milk (like in Cartagena)
1/2 c grated coconut

1/2 pineapple cut in med/small pieces

MARINADE
1 t mustard power
1/4 t turmeric powder
1/2 t salt


2 T oil or ghee
a pinch mustard seeds
12 curry leaves
2 red chilies, broken
2 fresh chilies (without stems)
1 T chopped cilantro

1 bag jumbo shrimp (maybe 15)

1. Make coconut milk and
2. grate 1/2 c coconut
3. Rub marinade with pineapple
4, Pop a pinch of mustard and add curry leaves, fresh chilies and red chiles
5. Add coconut milk, pineapple, shrimp
6. Cilantro on top if wanted
