1 5lb rump roast
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. pepper (start with 1 tsp and add to taste)
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 (14 oz) cans beef broth
1 large onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot.

Cook on High for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

Remove the meat from the crock pot and place on a deep plate to collect juices.

Strain the broth well so that it is clear and no spices or onions remain.

Place broth in saucepan and keep warm. Most people keep juice as is but you can add a small amount of cornstarch mixed in water to thicken up a bit.
