24 cups fresh tomatoes peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers finely chopped
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 3/4 cups dried onion flakes
3 1/2 cups fresh chopped onion
3 1/2 cups fresh chopped peppers
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp salt
7 tsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
2 12oz cans tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato paste and simmer for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste as needed for desired consistency. Pour into quart or pint canning jars and use hot water bath canning method for 20 minutes.
