3 to 4 lbs. lean boneless chuck roast
Cavender's Greek seasoning
Lemon-pepper seasoning
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove as much of fat as possible from roast
Place roast in crock pot.
Sprinkle roast with Cavender's, lemon-pepper and onion soup mix.
Add water and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Thicken gravy with flour or cornstarch, if desired.
