2/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T stone ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
2 anchovy fillets minced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 coarsely ground pepper

In small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir in cheese, anchovies, garlic, pepper.
