Crust

1 ½ C Pecans or Walnuts, finely chopped
3 T Butter, softened
3 T Splenda

Filling
2 Cream Cheese, softened, 8 oz. each
½ C Splenda
1 t Vanilla
2 Eggs

Directions:

Crust
1. Mix nuts, Splenda, and butter.
2. Press into greased 8 inch spring form pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, let cool.

Filling
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended.
2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
3. Pour into prepared crust.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until center is almost set.
5. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
