4 chicken breasts
1 to 2 oranges
1 lemon
1 lime
Italian salad dressing
Fresh cilantro
Seasoning (lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in large zip lock bag. Slice up oranges, lemon and lime and add to chicken. Add Italian dressing and seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for 2 days, add fresh cilantro the day you will be cooking it. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (use a meat thermometer) or grill on low, turning frequently.

You can also put the chicken in the freezer right after marinating. Pull it out the day before you want to enjoy it and add the fresh cilantro.
