Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
1 cup chopped pecans
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
3 eggs beaten w/fork

Frosting:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients well and put into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.

Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost after cake has cooled completely.
