2 lb. yellow neck squash
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 T. grated onion
1/4 c. grated onion
2 T. melted oleo
1/4 c. melted oleo
2 T. paprika
3/4 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash, sugar and salt. Mash. Add eggs, onion, 1/4 c. melted oleo, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Pour in casserole. Topping: Mix together Pepperidge Farm Dressing, grated onion, 2 T. melted oleo, and paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
