1 c. oleo
1 1/2 tsp. sage
2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. thyme (opt.)
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
12-13 c. of bread crumbs (can used 1/2 croutons)
1/2 tsp. marjoram (opt.)
2 well beaten eggs
3 1/2-4 c. turkey broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and saute onions and celery. Pour over bread crumbs in very large mixing bowl. Add all seasoning and toss together well. Add beaten eggs and turkey broth. Pack lightly into crock pot. Cover set on high 4-5 hours. Note: I use 1/2 croutons, gives a good flavor.
