2 Tbsp canola oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth
8 oz linguine, cooked according to package directions
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil for 30 seconds. Stir in garlic and ginger; saute for 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2 minutes or until peanut butter is melted. Whisk in broth, heat thoroughly for 1 minute. Remove from heat. In large bowl combine noodles, peanut butter sauce, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
