2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 Tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in an oven safe sauté pan,

I use white wine or balsamic vinegar - whichever I have in the cupboard.
I usually make this in a skillet on top of the stove and serve it over pasta or rice.
