1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Icing sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3 slices Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, vanilla, icing sugar and cinnamon together in shallow dish big enough to fit a slice of bread.

Heat pan over medium/low heat. Melt butter in pan.
One piece at time dredge bread in egg mixture then place into pan.

Cook for approx. 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Remove from pan. Add your favorite fixings and enjoy.
