2 lb box of macaroni noodles (Barilla©)
1/2 stick of butter
2 cups of milk
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sharp cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lg block of Velveeta© cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 375º
Boil macaroni drain and set aside.
Place milk in a saucepan on low heat .
Add Velveeta© to milk and stir until it's a nice cheese sauce.
Take cooked macaroni and cover bottom of casserole pan.
Layer macaroni and shredded cheeses.
Pour cheese sauce on top of layered macaroni.
Slice butter and layer it on top of dish.
Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
Take out and serve hot
