2 LBS GROUND BEEF
2 C. SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
1 C. MILK
1/4 C. DRIED MINCED ONION
2 TSP GARLIC SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1 BLOCK (80Z) MOZZERELLA CHEESE
1/3 C. FLOUR
1/4 C. COOKING OIL
2 JARS (28 0Z) PIZZA SAUCE

1. IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MIXED.
2. SHAPE INTO 48 MEATBALLS.
3. CUT CHEESE INTO 48 CUBES 1/2" EACH.
4. PUSH CUBE OF CHEESE INTO THE CENTER OF EACH MEATBALL COVERING THE CHEESE COMPLETELY WITH THE MEAT.
5. ROLL LIGHTLY IN FLOUR.
6. BROWN MEATBALLS IN OIL; DRAIN.
7. ADD PIZZA SAUCE AND BRING TO A BOIL.
8. REDUCE HEAT; COVER AND SIMMER FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
