Cream:
2/3 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
5 T of margarine melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Slowly mix in:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix completely add:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients, mix completely. Add chocolate chips fold in to batter.
Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes.
The muffins freeze well.
