3-4 large chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1-16oz jar of mild salsa Verde
2 c. Fresh cilantro
1- 8oz container of sour cream
1-8oz pkg of frozen corn
2 c. Shredded Monterey jack cheese
Greek seasoning
Salt and pepper
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked chicken and frozen corn in skillet. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Cook until corn is thawed. Set aside.

In blender, add salsa, cilantro, and 1/2 sour cream. Mix until well blended. Place in sauce pan, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in remaining sour cream.

Add 1/2 of sauce to chicken and corn to mixture. Add part of the cheese to mixture. Spoon into tortillas. Place seam side down into 8x10 dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
