1 cup pimento-stuffed olives, finely chopped
1 cup pitted ripe olives, finely chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup roasted sweet red peppers, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 bunch green onion (tops only), chopped
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
pepper to taste
fresh oregano and fresh basil to taste (optional)

1 round loaf (2 pound) unsliced Italian bread
1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
1 pound thinly sliced Provolone cheese
1 pound thinly sliced hard salami
1 pound thinly sliced deli ham

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Set aside. Cut bread in half horizontally. Carefully hollow out top and bottom, leaving a 1-inch shell.
Spread 1 1/2 cups olive mixture into bottom of bread shell. Spread remaining olive mixture into top of bread shell. In bottom of bread, layer turkey, half of cheese, salami, remaining cheese, and ham. Replace with bread top. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into wedges to serve.
