3 lb boneless chicken
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp Accent
2 tsp Season-All
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 fresh lime
6 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin and fat from chicken. Wash with vinegar, place chicken in colander to drain; catching the liquid in a bowl placed under the colander. Mix spices; adjust spices and amounts to taste. Season chicken with spices. Squeeze lime juice over chicken - still catching excess liquid in bowl. Let sit for a few minutes. Steam meat for 10-15 minutes. Mix liquid with peanut butter until smooth. Mix in tomato paste. Set sauce aside.
Grill chicken until almost done. Then transfer to a baking dish (cake pan) and spread peanut butter sauce over meat. Cover with foil. Continue to cook (in pan) on grill.
