Ingredients:  
1 1/3 c. minute rice
2 cans cream soup (chicken and/or celery)
1 can tuna or chicken
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained (opt.)
3/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. frozen peas or corn (opt.)
1/2 pkg. dried onion soup mix
OR
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bullion
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
pinch celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375º. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese if desired during last 5 minutes of baking.
