1 Pkg Moist Supreme French Vanilla Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Hazelnut Nondairy Creamer (liquid or powdered)
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Oil
3 Egg Whites
2/3 Cup Whole Hazelnuts, toasted, peeled, ground

FROSTING
3 Tbls Flour
1/2 Cup Hazelnut Nondairy Creamer
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/3 Cup Whole Hazelnuts, Toasted, Peeled, Ground

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Generously grease and lightly flour 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except ground hazelnuts; beat at low speed. Stir in 2/3 Cup ground Hazelnuts. Pour batter into greased and floured pan; spread evenly.

Bake at 350 for 25-35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.

While cake is cooling, in a pint-size jar with tight fitting lid, combine flour, 1/2 cup creamer and milk; shake well. Pour mixture into small saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat for 7-10 min. or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Refrigerate 20-30 min. or until completely cooled.

In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and butter' beat 1 min. at medium speed or until thick and creamy. Stir in cooled flour mixture; beat 1 min. at medium speedor until light and fluffy. Spread frosting over cooled cake. Sprinkle evenly with 1/3 cup ground hazelnuts. Store in refrigerator.
