1/2 c sugar
1 c flour
2 T cocoa
2 top baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1/3 c melted butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 c brown sugar
3 T cocoa
1 1/4 c hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first set of ingredients and pour in 8" pan.

Mix brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over mixture. Pour hot water over everything...do not stir!

Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes
