1 lb beef cooked, drained
1 Onion medium diced
1 can of refried beans
1 small can of Enchilada sauce red or green
1 pk of tortillas
1 bag of mexican cheese
Optional: chopped green chile's and black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Warm meat and onion together in skillet. In a 9x11 pan, spray with pam. Spread bottom with light cover pan with enchilada sauce, place1 tortilla inn pan, place spoonful of beans on the tortilla, handful of beef and onion mix, and cheese (green chiles if you would like). Fold small amount of the ends of tortilla toward center, take flap closest to you fold over middle and roll tortilla. Repeat steps with desired amount needed. Top with cheese and black olives (optional].
Cook for 30 mins.
