4 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cracker crumbs
4 eggs

Sauce:

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham and pork together.

Add tomato juice, milk, crackers and eggs.

Form into loaf.

Mix together brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and water.

Bring to a boil.

Baste loaf with sauce.

Bake at 325º for 1-1/2 hours.

Baste every 1/2 hour.
