1 qt blood
1 qt water
1 medium onion
1 cup beef suet
6-7 tsps. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp allspice
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
You want to have the dough about the consistency of waffle batter. Use white cloth bags--make a sack about 12 inches long and 5 inches wide. Pour blood mixture into bag so it is about half full and tie top. Drop into boiling water about 3-4 hours (done when a fork comes out dry). Serve with butter and delicious the next morning for breakfast fried with butter!!
