18 1/2 oz package German chocolate cake
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup butter, melted
14 oz package caramels
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, nuts, and butter. Put 3/4 of the mixture into a 9x13 in pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread the remaining brownie batter over the top. Bake 15 more minutes, cool, and enjoy.

These are of course amazing fresh from the oven, but are also really good cold! Freeze individual brownies and pull them out for an anytime treat. They taste like a cross between a brownie and a candy bar.
