5 lbs. Ground Round or Sirloin
1 Bell Pepper
2-3 medium White Onions
2-2 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 tsp. Cumin
4-5 heaping Tbs. Chili Powder
4-5 packages of McCormick's Chili Seasoning
3 29oz. cans Tomato Sauce
2 Tbs. Roux
6 cans Bush's Hot Chili Beans
2 Qts of water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, drain fat.
Sauté onions and bell pepper.
Add seasonings, Rotel tomatoes, and a little water.
Add ground meat, stir well.
Add roux, tomato sauce, and water. (Add water gradually. You might not need all 2 quarts. Depends on how thick you like it)
Cook for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
Add beans and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
This makes almost 2 gallons.
Freezes well.
